The customer service here is terrible. As a customer for almost a decade at another branch out of state and just recently moving to Pa, I am sorry to say that customer service has declined at this location. When you get a bank teller "rolling her neck" at you like she is on Jerry Springer arguing at the audience, I feel bad that BOA has declined at hiring competant, compassionate staff. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT , as well as others in my family.
